Room One sits on the ground floor at the garden end of the house. You step out of your own door and you are on the lawn. It suits anyone who would rather not carry a case upstairs, and anyone who wants to be outside with a coffee before the rest of Cornwall is awake.
The suite is arranged as two halves: a sitting area with a sofa and television, and the bed set back by the window. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and everything for tea and coffee, which means breakfast at your own hour and supper from the Newlyn fish market if you feel like it.
